Rigorous Multifaceted Workout
Classes begin August 2020!
A rigorous workout that blends elements from different exercise styles including ballet, Pilates, yoga, and functional fitness training. We incorporate small isolated movements to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates the upper and lower body to make every minute count.
Pure Barre features class formats that deliver an effective total-body workout focused on low impact, high-intensity movements that lift and tone muscles and improve strength, agility and flexibility for every body. You’ll be guided through a series of low-impact, high intensity movements that are designed to strengthen and tone your body.
