Group Training

Small Group Training allows for more personal attention. With only a handful of participants in each group, our instructors have the time to give each person individualized instruction and training. By working with a knowledgeable fitness professional, your workouts will change/evolve as you progress. 

Establish relationships, make friends, and work toward your fitness goals alongside others who are working to do the same! You have fun and push through
together. Having someone right beside you can enhance the level of your workouts,
and when appropriate can offer friendly competition sure to keep everyone moving
with a smile on their face.

Working out in a group makes it easier to stay accountable and create lasting habits. Personal training provides the most personal attention and greatest opportunity to succeed. Some people, however, may find that Small Group Training fits into their budget better and still gives them the attention they need.

Most importantly, with our Small Group Training, you’re not alone! With a small group, participants and trainers get to know one another and provide the support each person needs. You can leave each session confident that you are working toward your goals.
